Human Resource Policy

EAS Pty Ltd can assist you with all types of Human Resource management issues.

Whether it is the resolution of a simple issue arising from the Fair Work Act 2009, or the more complex issues involved in every day employee management.

EAS also specialises in providing low cost HR manuals (including sample forms) designed to ensure that even the smallest organisation has flexible policies that are clearly understood and that, (where necessary) are incorporated into employment terms and conditions.

We can work independently or in partnership with your HR staff to assist in achieving your desired business outcomes.
