About Us

EAS  opened its doors at the beginning of 2003 and has been growing ever since. We now employ highly qualified people in Industrial Relations, OH&S and Human Resources.

At EAS we understand business from the employers perspectives. Our staff come from industry and government backgrounds and our Industrial Advocate and Arbitrator, Colin Dorber, has worked in businesses and industries where adherence to proper safety and employment practices were critical. The EAS Team has extensive experience and knowledge with committment to providing quality service at a reasonable cost to small and medium sized businesses and sole traders.

Our goal is to deliver sound and practical advice, representation and training that will not only save money, but help employers meet their workplace obligations.
